JTB Grooming Report – Final Report

JTB Grooming Report – Final Report

With temperatures forecasted to be too warm for grooming over the next couple of days, last night’s run officially wraps up grooming operations for the 2025–2026 season.

What a remarkable winter it has been for snow conditions—truly one to remember!

A huge thank you goes out to our dedicated groomer operators: full-time operators Byron Hutchcroft and Rodney Davis, along with backup operators Steve Hancock, Darryl Pynn, Shawn Noel, Scott Woodward, Kirk Anstey, and Dwayne Sparkes, who went as a full-time operator for WSR. Your hard work and commitment kept our trails in top-notch condition all season long.

To the riders who shared positive feedback on the trails and at our shelters—thank you. Your support means a lot and keeps us motivated.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to our corporate sponsors—your support makes everything we do possible. And to our incredible JTB volunteers, your passion and dedication are the backbone of this organization.

Finally, thank you to the Newfoundland & Labrador Snowmobile Federation for their continued commitment in providing the groomers, fuel, groomer operator wages, and office staff to help deliver the trail system we all enjoy.

As we close out the winter season, we now shift gears toward summer operations—working on trail upgrades to enhance off-road riding while preparing the trails for next year’s grooming season.

👉 Take advantage of the trails while conditions remain!

Hope to see you on the trails again soon!
